At Physiostation, we offer a complimentary telephone advice service, giving clients the opportunity to discuss their health needs with an experienced chartered physiotherapist prior to booking a face to face consultation.
TELEPHONE ADVICE SERVICE
Clients who wish to have a telephone consultation will have the option to discuss their problem with a physiotherapist at a pre-booked telephone appointment, within 48 hours of contacting Physiostation.
During the telephone consultation, our skilled physiotherapists will ask specific questions to enable them to give the client a provisional diagnosis for their current complaint.
Following the consultation, the physiotherapist can offer expert advice to the client on how to reduce the symptoms associated with their current complaint and specific exercises that will begin the rehabilitation process. The verbal advice given at this consultation is supplemented with bespoke information which is dispatched the same day by post/email.
